The Community Safety ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ Department is actively undertaking a comprehensive review and update of its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through a Decolonizing, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (DEDI) and Anti-racism lens. This work is intended to ensure that our practices are anti-racist, equitable, inclusive, and reflective of the diverse communities we serve.
While the updated SOPs will not be published on this website, the department remains committed to transparency and accountability.  Progress and key outcomes of this work will be shared through other appropriate communication channels as updates become available.Â
