¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ community members are invited to nominate individuals for the in recognition of outstanding contributions to their communities in the areas of: service, the environment and sustainability, and the nation’s diversity. ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ faculty, staff and students are eligible for nomination.
As ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ is limited to putting forward five nominees, the Office of the Vice-President Research & Innovation (VPRI) will co-ordinate an internal selection process.
Submissions must be made by Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. via the .
Each submission requires a document with the following (see form linked above for details):
- Summary of the contributions (250 words);
- Theme(s) of contributions and achievements;
- Impact (250 words);
- Leadership (250 words); and
- One of: Integrity, Professionalism or Pride (250 words).
