(“OUPPMA”) was established in 1965 and represents procurement professionals from all Ontario University's. Collaboration and cooperation have been a primary focus for the Association, acknowledging the many benefits of joint purchasing ventures for the participating parties. OUPPMA promotes cooperative procurement, the professional development of our members and the ethical exchange of information between our members and affiliates.
