Lockers @ Bethune
If you are interested in renting a locker in Bethune College for the current academic year (Fall/Winter), please complete the Locker Rental Request form below. Lockers are available on the first floor of Bethune College and available on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to Bethune students.
The locker rental fee for the academic year (Fall/Winter) is $25 per locker, payable through the Flex Account on the YU Card only.
Step 1 - Complete the .
Step 2 - Ensure your Flex Account has enough funds to cover the locker rental fee. For more information about the YU Card, Flex Account and to load your Flex Account, please visit the YU-card | ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ's Official Photo ID and Debit Card webpage.
Step 3 - Visit the Office of the College Head (BC 207) to pay for the locker rental(s). Please remember to bring your own lock.
Step 4 - Put a lock on your locker(s) and enjoy a lighter backpack.
Step 5 - Empty the locker(s) by April 15. All remaining contents after April 15 will be stored in the Office of the College Head suite (BC 207) for 30 days. If still unclaimed after 30 days, the contents will be donated or disposed.
Please note that periodic checks will be conducted. Any lockers that have not been officially registered with the College Head Office (BC 207) will be opened and contents removed.

| JACS (BC 112) | This room is under the responsibility of Bethune College Student Council (BCC). JACS is a great place for studying, especially in groups. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm and closed during Reading Week and Exams. Located close to physics labs, the JCR, and most of the student clubs. |
| Junior Common Room (BC 115) | This room is under the responsibility of Bethune College Student Council (BCC). The room includes a projection TV, foosball and a billiard table. The JCR is a great place to hang out during free time. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm and closed during Reading Week and Exams. Located right beside JACS, the BCC and BAC offices, and near most of the student clubs. |
| Group ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ Rooms (BC 105, BC 105B) | Bookable by Bethune students through our Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. No key sign-out necessary! Maximum 2 hours per day. BC 105 can accommodate 8 to 10 people. BC 105B can accommodate 6 to 8 people. |
| Piano Practice Room (BC 105A) | This room contains a piano and space for one or two Accompanists. Booked by Bethune students through our Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. No key sign-out necessary! Maximum 1 hour per day. |

How To Book A Space @ Bethune

| Registered Student Organizations | • Read the TUUS Guidelines for Registered Student Organizations. • Select a room (scroll back up to our Bookable Spaces section), date and time for your event. • Bethune College spaces bookable times: Mon-Thurs, 9am-10pm, and Fri, 9am-4pm. No weekends. • Submit a 4 weeks in advance of your event. The YU Room Request Form will determine if you need to submit a . TUUS requires 15 business days to consult with various campus partners (Security, Risk Management, Food Services, etc.) about your event and issue a TUUS Authorization/Permit. A TUUS Authorization/Permit is mandatory for every RSO event, whether or not you are required to submit a TUUS application. Room keys will not be released without a TUUS Authorization/permit. • Room keys are picked up and returned to BC 207 for weekday events ending before 4pm. • Evening event key returns are deposited into the dropbox outside BC 209. |

We expect that tables and chairs are returned back to the original room configuration as per the room layout poster in each meeting space. If the space requires custodial support following the event, the user will be charged and may lose future booking privileges.
