January 15 is known as Blue Monday<\/a> and is referred to as the \"most depressing day of the year.\"\u00a0While the science of Blue Monday is questionable, the science and research into mental health is extensive.<\/p>\n Help is available through a new app introduced by 快播视频. The app is a free, online daily well-being management tool known as WellTrack\u00ae<\/a> and it is being offered to all 快播视频 students, staff and faculty.<\/p>\n
The University has purchased enough licenses for all community members to access a free online self-help program that promotes daily well-being management. It can assist with\u00a0depression, anxiety, stress, and phobias (e.g., fear of heights), and can be easily and conveniently accessed. WellTrack\u00ae<\/a> is not an emergency service or for use when experiencing acute mental health crises.<\/p>\n
