This means that our sessions are only available to members of the York community. For both the REDDI series and the Online Learning modules on YU Learn and E-Class, you need access to Passport York (PY) in order to register.  The Division of Advancement - Alumni &amp; Friends offers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/alumniandfriends\/benefit\/career-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">training opportunities for alumni.<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-7 kt-pane672_52abd3-00\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\" type=\"button\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><strong>How can I keep track of the trainings I attended? <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>All trainings you attended (as well as upcoming ones you registered for)  on YU Learn are reflection on your <a href=\"https:\/\/yulearn.yorku.ca\/my\/\">Dashboard (yorku.ca)<\/a>. Every time you complete the requirements for a certificate program, you will automatically receive the corresponding certificate (in PDF form) via email.<br><br>Faculties and units who want to keep track of team learning can also coordinate with their respective People Partners who have access to this information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-8 kt-pane672_c555f5-1a\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\" type=\"button\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><strong>Are in-person trainings and sessions available?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>Yes, organizations, offices and units may request in-person customized sessions. Whether these sessions are conducted during regular class sessions or staff development sessions, the requesting group\/individual is expected to make arrangements for the venue. <br><br>Please note, under regular circumstances, we require&nbsp;<strong>at least three weeks\u2019 notice<\/strong>&nbsp;to schedule and prepare training.&nbsp;The fall term (especially during the first 2 months) is very busy so make sure to plan ahead.
