How do your mind and body react?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building Your Toolkit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/5waystowellbeing.org.au\/\">&nbsp;Five Ways to&nbsp;Wellbeing<\/a>&nbsp;is a&nbsp;well-researched&nbsp;framework designed&nbsp;to incorporate&nbsp;simple&nbsp;practices&nbsp;as&nbsp;way to&nbsp;build resilience, find balance, and boost your wellbeing.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;five actions are to&nbsp;keep learning, be active, connect, give,&nbsp;and&nbsp;take notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mhw.info.yorku.ca\/resources\/resources-at-york\/students\/\">Mental Health &amp; Wellness Resources at YorkU<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paw\">Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>March 3-7, 2025: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/scld\/events\/paw2025\/\">Register now!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lib.sfu.ca\/system\/files\/36186\/PAW-banner-image.jpg\" alt=\"Procrastination Awareness Week - March 4-8 | SFU Library\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) takes place each March during National Procrastination Week. With the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/learningspecialists.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learning Specialists Association of Canada (LSAC)<\/a>, staff from Writing Centres, Libraries, Accessible Learning Centres, and Learning Commons across Canada work together to offer a week of workshops and connection to support students and increase our shared awareness and understanding of procrastination. Learning Skills Services at ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ is proud to be a part of PAW each year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAW 2024 took place from March 4-8. You can watch recordings of the workshops in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/events.zoom.us\/ej\/AufJg6_iYlo7lNEdt_OxVSrUTzZCCLjjgF4hYwOdaGzM32p0U-7N~A1dLQvAML0MYNyUw-UnzDCKI_Sw\">Zoom Events<\/a> (must use your YorkU email address to access)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCEBRFDdL6uns_CZA7zu0Qzg\">LSAC YouTube Channel<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordings from PAW 2024 will be available until March 2025.
