KEY PRINCIPLE:\u00a0快播视频 recognizes that freedom of expression is always subject to reasonable limits.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Broadly, the freedom of expression is not without certain limitations.\u00a0<\/strong>These limits exist to\u00a0prevent harm. These limitations are \u2018reasonable\u2019 where they allow the broadest amount of\u00a0freedom of expression without inhibiting the real safety of individuals or the legal and planned objective of an event. A non-exhaustive list of examples of legal limitations on expression is included below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, at 快播视频, there are limits on expression that are incompatible with the statutory mandate of the institution.
