Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Physical and Theoretical Chemistry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials research, molecular electronics. Studies of novel semiconducting materials which are actual hybrids of conventional and molecular electronic devices. Fabrication of cadmium sulfide semiconductor nanoclusters that possess a chemically active surface. Such surfaces contain a number of possible functionalities imparting the cluster with the ability to covalently bind a variety of interesting molecular devices.
