She\u202fis a Professor in the Gender and Women\u2019s Studies program at Glendon College and was the Chair of the School of Gender, Sexuality and Women\u2019s Studies at ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ (2011\u201315). Her research focuses on gender and post-colonialism in Africa\u2014particularly on Congolese women\u2014gender development and globalization as well as on immigration.
