Lace's current research focuses on societal and organisational narratives, which present structural, social, and material consequences for marginalised groups; specifically Global Majority leaders, from African, Caribbean, Asian and Sub-Saharan ethnicities, exercising and practicing leadership within postcolonial constraints.
