Undergraduate Research Assistant
Chris Francois is a master鈥檚 student in the Development Studies program at York. Their research interests include queer migration, diasporas, and Latin American and Caribbean identities. Francois holds a previous master鈥檚 degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in peace and conflict resolution from Manchester University. They currently serve as an Ambassador for Peace for Haiti with the Universal Peace Federation, an NGO in consultative status with the UN.
