I am fascinated by neutrinos and how they can change flavors as they propagate through space and time. To measure these changes precisely we need to understand how neutrinos interact inside the nucleus (and how that changes as a function of the nucleus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
