Bulletin - Implementing the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act

Effective April 1, 2024, the University is required to comply with the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act. BOBIA requires the University to give preference to Ontario businesses in certain procurements. Update to Procurement Value Thresholds

In updating its procurement guidance, the Provincial Government has updated the thresholds for competitive purchasing. Please see the bulletin to the community (PDF) advising of the changes.
