You are responsible for <strong>all aspects<\/strong> of your participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, your health, safety, lodging, course selection, study program, travel plans, legal status and financial obligations. For further, more detailed information about the exchange, study and life in Canada, please review the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/ouinternational\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/252\/2021\/02\/Handbook-for-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes-students-2020-2021_0-1.pdf\">Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes&nbsp;Student Handbook<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to assist you in preparing for your exchange adventure, a pre-departure Orientation Workshop is normally held in&nbsp;Lyon in May. Attendance at this workshop is not mandatory but all participants are encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, you will be seen as a representative of your home university, the ORA Program as a whole, and France.
