Applicants are required to select three Ontario universities at which they wish to study and to identify appropriate academic courses at those institutions. The ORA Program Office will place as many students as possible at their first-choice institution; however, it is program policy to ensure an equitable distribution of students across all participating Ontario universities. The prospective host university is responsible for determining whether to admit each student and at what level (undergraduate or graduate).
