Stephen is a JD candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School and currently enrolled in Osgoode\u2019s flagship Intellectual Property Law &amp; Technology Intensive Program.<\/li>\n<li>In the Graduate Student category, <strong>Wissam Aoun<\/strong>, won for his entry, <em>\u201cConflicted Regulation, The Public Interest and Canadian Patent Agency \u2013 Patent Agent Regulation at a Crossroad<\/em>\u201d. Wissam received his LLM degree at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and is currently a PhD Candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>In the Professional category, the judges did not select a winner for this year\u2019s Challenge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The winner will be receiving a prize of $1000 and, in addition to having\u00a0her winning\u00a0article showcased here on the IPilogue, the article will be considered for publication in the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipic.ca\/english\/cipr-database\/search\/\">Canadian Intellectual Property Review (CIPR)<\/a><\/em>\u00a0or the\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carswell.com\/product-detail\/intellectual-property-journal\/\">Intellectual Property Journal (IPJ)<\/a><\/em>.\u00a0 We would like to thank our esteemed intellectual property experts who served as judges for the Challenge:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Honourable Roger T.
