Our structure and activities reflect a tight connection between teaching and research. The program\u2019s researchers, collaborators, and students actively engage in some of the most important and cutting-edge IP law and technology related research and policy discussions of today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the program\u2019s current focus areas are all facets of IP (including copyright, patents, trademarks, unfair competition, and industrial design), as well as privacy, ethics, and technology regulation, and intersecting areas of the law (from contract, labour and constitutional law to environmental justice, international trade and competition).
