CLASP is a legal aid clinic at Osgoode Hall Law School, 快播视频. For qualifying cases, we can provide free legal advice and representation<\/strong> to eligible low income individuals in the City of Toronto and to York students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n All students are under the supervision of lawyers. Please note that our capacity is limited, and even if you qualify for our services, our caseload might be full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Administrative Law is a type of law that sets the rules for how the government should deal with the general public.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n We provide free legal representation to individuals charged with certain criminal offences under the Criminal Code of Canada <\/em>where the Crown is proceeding summarily, and who have been denied a Legal Aid Certificate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Immigration Law Division helps new immigrants and refugees to Canada. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n We help eligible individuals obtain the identification documents needed to receive social services, healthcare, and to submit immigration applications. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
