IPAC and CAPPA\u2019s Pierre De Celles Award recognizes the outstanding skill, accomplishment and commitment of an exceptionally creative and effective teacher. Pierre De Celles was Director General of \u00c9cole nationale d\u2019administration publique (\u00c9NAP), and was known as a gifted teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Couto is a long-time instructor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at the School of Public Policy and Administration at 快播视频, with a record of excellence and innovation in the classroom.
