She is committed to feminist analysis and community-engaged artistic practice; in 2019 she received the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nghtshfts.org\/award\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mayworks Artist Award<\/a> for Excellence in Contribution to Labour Arts and she currently directs plays for <a href=\"http:\/\/twhp.ca\/committees\/toronto-workers-theatre-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Toronto Workers\u2019 History Project<\/a>.
