She is interested in risk and resiliency processes that occur involving social disadvantage, parent and family wellbeing, and children’s adjustment. Current activities include: (1) The development and evaluation of family-based early intervention programs; (2) Knowledge synthesis activities used to examine pre-existing literature on early family-based interventions; (3) The development of family-based assessment tools; and (4) Secondary analysis of pre-existing datasets in order to better understand processes of change in early childhood development.

Contact

Department: Psychology
Email address: hprime@yorku.ca
¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Profile link: https://psyc.info.yorku.ca/health-profiles/index.php?dept=&mid=1894770
Lab website: https://www.primefamilylab.com/
Google Scholar Link: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=OPwkBL4AAAAJ
Research Gate Link: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Heather_Prime
PubMed Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Prime+H&cauthor_id=32415543
Twitter Link: https://twitter.com/HprimePsych

Published Manuscripts (Select Publications)

Anderson, N., Graham, S., Prime, H., Jenkins, J., & Madigan, S.
