Applicants must be affiliated with the LaMarsh Centre for Child and Youth Research. Applicants must be supervised by a faculty member who is an active member of LaMarsh in good standing. Applicants must have a minimum A- GPA. The proposed research must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;focused on child and youth development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;community-engaged<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iii)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;aligned with the LaMarsh mission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priority will be given to applicants with proposed projects focused on at-risk children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Jackman is the founding chair of the Psychology Foundation of Canada and heads the Jackman Foundation with an interest in child development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As noted by Dr. Jackman,&nbsp; &nbsp;<em>\u201cI just believe that the more we understand about how to raise children, how to educate them, the better off they are going to be.
