Comment redonner \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 avec un dipl\u00f4me en communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes secondaires \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, Gabrielle Ouellet s\u2019est lanc\u00e9e pendant trois ans dans une carri\u00e8re de mannequin \u00e0 Toronto. Lorsqu\u2019elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre des \u00e9tudes postsecondaires, Glendon semblait \u00eatre un choix \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab C\u2019\u00e9tait incroyable de pouvoir \u00e9tudier en anglais et en fran\u00e7ais, explique-t-elle. Et comment pourrait-on ne pas tomber en amour avec un si beau campus? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des \u00e9tudes bilingues qui conduisent \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite professionnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2019, Gabrielle a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un baccalaur\u00e9at en communications et un certificat d\u2019excellence bilingue de Glendon. Elle a \u00e9galement obtenu un certificat en espagnol de l\u2019Universidad de Malaga o\u00f9 elle avait pass\u00e9 un \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l\u2019espagnol \u00e0 temps plein. Apr\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes de premier cycle, elle a obtenu une ma\u00eetrise en gestion de l\u2019\u00c9cole Schulich des hautes \u00e9tudes commerciales. Elle a ensuite travaill\u00e9 chez CoStar Group en tant qu\u2019associ\u00e9e de recherche bilingue avant d\u2019accepter un poste d\u2019assistante administrative aux communications \u00e0 Glendon. Gabrielle affirme que ses \u00e9tudes \u00e0 Glendon lui ont permis de fournir une valeur ajout\u00e9e en tant que jeune professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Dans le cadre de mon poste \u00e0 CoStar, j\u2019analysais toutes les transactions immobili\u00e8res majeures au Qu\u00e9bec. J\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e9galement charg\u00e9e de traduire des documents promotionnels de l\u2019anglais vers le fran\u00e7ais. La facette bilingue de mon dipl\u00f4me a fait partie int\u00e9grante de mes succ\u00e8s chez CoStar. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Appliquer une formation en communications et en marketing au b\u00e9n\u00e9volat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En dehors du travail, Gabrielle est fi\u00e8re de redonner \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9. Elle fait notamment du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat pour Blue Sky Solar Racing, une filiale du d\u00e9partement d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Toronto, o\u00f9 elle g\u00e8re une \u00e9quipe de marketing. Ainsi, ellle fait don de son temps et met \u00e0 profit ses comp\u00e9tences en communications et en marketing pour aider l\u2019organisation \u00e0 accro\u00eetre sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9 en d\u00e9veloppant des strat\u00e9gies de m\u00e9dias sociaux et en organisant  des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gabrielle s\u2019investit aussi dans des causes qui lui tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur : \u00ab Je fais du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat pour A Greener Future, une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui encourage la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement en organisant des ramassages de d\u00e9chets, des programmes \u00e9ducatifs et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Ce genre d\u2019action m\u2019a incit\u00e9e \u00e0 m\u2019impliquer davantage dans ma communaut\u00e9. \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, notre dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e consid\u00e8re sa participation \u00e0 un marathon comme \u00e9tant la r\u00e9alisation qui la rend la plus fi\u00e8re : \u00ab Quand on franchit la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e, on se rend compte que tous ces mois d\u2019entra\u00eenement acharn\u00e9 et de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fructueux. Je m\u2019entra\u00eene pr\u00e9sentement pour mon prochain marathon et j\u2019ai l\u2019intention de colleter des fonds pour des causes caritatives. Je suis enthousiaste \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de repousser mes limites personnelles pour ma communaut\u00e9. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Club athl\u00e9tique de Glendon dans lequel j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps durant mes \u00e9tudes. J\u2019en garde de tr\u00e8s bons souvenirs, notamment par le biais de belles rencontres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
