They are also expected to participate in&nbsp;service to the Faculty, including reading student application files for admission to the Bachelor of Education program, and participation&nbsp;in committees, such as the Committee for Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, Secondee Hiring Committee, Justice, Equity, and&nbsp;Reparation of Anti-Black Racism Committee, and others,&nbsp;as well as other operational supports. The role of the seconded faculty member involves:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teaching courses (4.0 Teaching Load, which is equivalent to eight half-courses)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing service to the Faculty of Education, as&nbsp;indicated&nbsp;above&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, there are 3 positions posted.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Position 1: BEd Program - Special Education Specialist&nbsp;<\/strong>- Potentially includes teaching in PJ, JI and IS panels on Keele, Glendon, TMU, TDSB and Markham campuses. Special Education Specialist qualifications required. &nbsp;Recent experience as a teacher in Special Education in schools.
