Chan School of Public Health, and a Research Fellow at Oxford\u2019s Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS). Her interdisciplinary expertise spans forced migration, climate change adaptation and climate (im)mobilities. Her research adopts a policy-oriented and community-based approach with a focus on the Global South. Dr. Su has secured over $12 million in external research funding, including three multi-million-dollar climate grants examining climate adaptation in the Philippines, India, Ghana, Canada, and the Arctic.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Su&nbsp;has&nbsp;published over 30 refereed journal articles&nbsp;in Q1 journals like the&nbsp;<em>Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, Gender, Place &amp; Culture, Journal of Gender Studies,&nbsp;Regional Environmental Change,&nbsp;International Journal for Disaster Risk Reduction<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Geoforum<\/em>, and&nbsp;<em>Third World Quarterly<\/em>. She has also written for&nbsp;<em>Foreign Policy<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>The Washington Post<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>LA Times<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Globe and Mail<\/em>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<em>Toronto Star<\/em>. Her research has been cited by the IPCC,&nbsp;UNDP, ICRC, and IOM, influencing global policy debates on climate adaptation and human rights.
